The right of the state to protect borders and achieve security (external interference excuses), as the importance of international borders in terms of several aspects, the most important of which are security, economic, political, legal and social importance. The security importance of the state’s security actually starts from its borders, especially with the increase in the rapid movement of individuals and goods between states at the present time, and the intertwining of interests and the various relations between them, which necessitates the security men to bear a great responsibility towards securing the borders of the state, given that this factor is a condition for the availability of stability And its internal security, and the importance of this aspect increases in the following aspects. The Arab society is in the middle of three continents and is linked by a very large area of land estimated at 41 million 2 km, so that the last point is 4333 km from east to west and 1333 km from north to south, which is an average of 4/6 of the area Earth. The economic importance that emerges in the issue of exploitation of underground resources, especially petroleum, so that what is specified on the surface of the geographical boundaries is not necessarily what is found in the ground, which makes the issue of exploitation raise disputes that may reach wars. Organized crimes, especially terrorism, drug trafficking and international smuggling have spread in the modern era, which necessitates the neighboring countries to cooperate with each other and eliminate them by combating them. Rely on them as a reference for their messages and thesis in the future. The state has the right to protect its borders from external pretexts in accordance with the legal rules that exist in international law because it is considered one of the state’s duties is to protect the borders and achieve internal security.
