When these families preserve the upbringing of their children in that good environment, in which education and decent morals are provided, all this will ensure the building of integrated societies whose members aspire towards a secure and prosperous future and have an effective role in building them, given that the family is the basic building block in those human societies. Therefore, we see that the Islamic Sharia, fourteen centuries ago, paid great attention to the childhood stage of human life, so it guaranteed, preserved, and provided adequate protection to ensure the rights of the child, as it guaranteed the rights of a fetus before and after its birth until it reaches the age of majority and has full capacity, and the international community also took an exemplary position to protect children He was interested in the childhood stage of human life, so he enacted laws that guarantee human rights in general and the rights of the child in particular. Therefore, we relied here on analytical positivist methods through analyzing texts and legal measures taken in this field.
