All that children are exposed to in terms of violence, abuse and abuse, whether that violence or abuse is physical or psychological, is considered one of the negative phenomena that children suffer from in most contemporary societies. These phenomena were accompanied by many forms of violence, harm, abuse and humiliation of children, which led to many deviations in Those societies are far from the avenue of righteousness and the noble human principles that were always and forever urging to take care of the child, take care of his care and upbringing, preserve his rights and dignity, protect him from any attack he might be exposed to, and ensure the provision of a safe environment and conditions that ensure that the child grows up straight in the confines of a family that takes care of him and provides him with an environment Safe health, ideal moral education, and the education that he is supposed to obtain in order to be an individual with a positive role in building and developing the society in which he lives in the future. When these families preserve the upbringing of their children in that good environment, in which education and decent morals are provided, all this will ensure the building of integrated societies whose members aspire towards a secure and prosperous future and have an effective role in building them, given that the family is the basic building block in those human societies. Therefore, we see that the Islamic Sharia, fourteen centuries ago, paid great attention to the childhood stage of human life, so it guaranteed, preserved, and provided adequate protection to ensure the rights of the child, as it guaranteed the rights of a fetus before and after its birth until it reaches the age of majority and has full capacity, and the international community also took an exemplary position to protect children He was interested in the childhood stage of human life, so he enacted laws that guarantee human rights in general and the rights of the child in particular. Therefore, we relied here on analytical positivist methods through analyzing texts and legal measures taken in this field. The study showed results represented in the importance of ensuring the protection of children from domestic violence on the In all its levels and in its various forms, as well as the violence that the child is exposed to outside the framework of the family by the community, protecting him from vagrancy, neglect, physical and psychological harm, protecting him from domestic violence and harm, protecting him from sexual abuse, preserving his financial rights from infringement, if any, and protecting him from only dealing in various forms, as well as protecting him from All transgressions against an entity as a child and a weak person need protection, care, preservation of his rights, and need provision Security and safety in the environment in which he grows up, and there are many preventive and remedial measures taken, all of which have been taken with the aim of protecting the child from all forms of violence and harm that he may be exposed to. Human life also emphasized the creation and consolidation of legislative measures aimed at protecting the child from violence in all its forms, which he may be exposed to by his family or by society.
