This study aimed at the role of communicative activities for public relations in enhancing the mental image of educational institutions. The Institute of Tourism and Hotel in Holy Karbala. It was found through the interview conducted on the study sample of 15 people with different degrees, specializations and number of years of experience that a public relations division should be opened at the institute, This is to enhance his mental image. This interview, through the qualitative approach, aimed to emphasize strengthening the relationship with the Public Relations Directorate of the educational institution by opening multiple other communication channels and solving outstanding problems in the institution under research (Karbala Institute for Tourism and Hotel) by improving the mental image of this institute from During the increase in official visits to the workshops carried out by the Institute and the documentation of these visits and their publication in the private media in the Public Relations Directorate of the educational institution to inform and introduce the external audience of the Institute. The interview also showed an emphasis on strengthening the relationship with the public relations apparatus in educational institutions by opening other communication channels, giving serious consideration to solving problems, giving a good mental image of the institute in question, visiting the workshops carried out by the institute, documenting visits and publishing them through the channels available to institutions. Educational, as the institute has a practical aspect in its studies.
