The aim of this study was to investigate and identify the motivations of young people in using interactive television programs through mobile smart programs and the satisfaction obtained from it. In this research, data collection has been done using survey method and also through questionnaire and interview tools. The statistical population of this study includes 400 people who were randomly selected from men and women as well as from all classes of Nasiriyah society. In this study, we also try to answer the main question: “What are the motivations of young people to use interactive TV programs through smart phone programs and also the reason for their satisfaction?” This study was based on the theory of employment and saturation and transfer width (selective effect) in order to be aware of this motivation. Also, by examining the data obtained from this study, the following results were obtained, which are: One of the most significant motivations for young people to use interactive TV programs through smart mobile applications is “creating a topic for conversation. And also “talking to others” and then “entertainment and enjoyment” and also “escaping from the problems and pressures of life and work”. But the main motivation that drives them to television programs is: “Awareness of the reality that is transmitted through human stories” “Communication with family and friends and colleagues and “Students” and “expression and sharing of views, opinions, attitudes among cultures” and finally the reason for the satisfaction of interactive TV programs “obtaining sufficient information” and “increasing knowledge and awareness about “There were many issues and issues related to the world around” that the statistical community paid attention to.
