Imam Ali (peace be upon him) was able to create a distinctive pattern of governance based on social justice, represented by the approach of the greatest messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him). During the era of Uthman, the state passed through one of the most confusing periods in Islamic history. Later on, it also became a major turning point in the course of Islamic history. It should be noted here that Othman’s economic policy was a reason for the departure of Abu Dhar Al-Ghafari, who was considered one of the most prominent figures in that period because he was one of the companions and had a large presence among Muslims. He demanded equality and renounce Othman’s policy The economic situation that exhausted the Islamic community at the time, but Abu Dhar was unable to put an end to his revolt against Othman and paid his life for that after he was exiled to Rabza and died there. This matter put Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in front of great challenges. In addition to the political repercussions he faced after the rebellion of al-Sham under the leadership of Muawiyah, he had to rise the Islamic nation and repair its ruin after a difficult period that exhausted the Muslims and made them between the jaws of poverty. This matter pushed Imam Ali (peace be upon him) to make his decisions In the direction of a comprehensive economic reform and setting new economic standards inspired by the spirit of the Qur’anic text, he proceeded to economic development with a new philosophy aimed at achieving the highest levels of equality, so he began with a policy of reforming the corrupt, distributing justice and investing the individual in accordance with the Islamic approach, so the period of the government of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) became an ideal period Despite its shortness, during which it was able to advance the Islamic community by taking a series of reform measures that promoted the Islamic nation.
