This thesis aims to analyze the contents and methods of educational media programs for artistic education for children. The main question was (what are the contents and methods of educational media programs for artistic education for children for the small studio program on Al-Iraqiya satellite channel). The researcher adopted the content analysis method in his study، to answer this question. Complete for the year 2021 for the months (July، August، September)، and the researcher used the theory (Harold Laswell) as a first topic، which the researcher found one of the most suitable theories for analyzing the content of the study sample program، as this theory is one of the first theories that explain the communicative process، which earned it Its fame is wide، and in order to realize the factors of mass communication، we must realize all the stages of the communication process، according to the five questions that this theory came up with، which are as follows: (Who says? What does he say? How? And to whom does he say? What is the effect?). It is worth noting that the researcher divided his study into several sections. After the first topic، which talked about cognitive theories، the second topic came under the title (TV educational programs)، which were divided into several types and then the contents of TV programs، and were discussed in detail during this study. In the third topic، we touched on educational media، children’s relationship with educational media، as well as television programs directed at children. The fourth topic comes to touch on educational values and their great importance for building societies، up to the stages of childhood and the accompanying psychological concepts in the growth of mental abilities and his acquisition of skills and values from the environment in which he lives. As for the fifth topic، it focused on art education، its beginning and the roles it passed through. Let’s get to the sixth topic، which talks about the long-running program (The Small Studio) ، presented by the artist Khaled Jabr، which is still ongoing and displays until writing this study and the children’s love and attachment to this program، which is shown on the screen of Al-Iraqiya channel، which came in order as a seventh topic، we talked about its emergence، and it was at that time It was called Iraq TV until 2003 after the US occupation of Iraq. It was called the Al-Iraqiya satellite channel. The third chapter touched on the methodology of the study، which was divided into study tools، society and study samples، and then choosing the sample and defining the categories of analysis، to go after that to choose the categories and present them to a committee of arbitrators in different sciences، to modify and correct them، and these categories were briefly explained، And we resorted to the validity and stability of the analysis، after extracting the percentages of recurrences and the appearance of the results of the analysis in a good manner that satisfies the goal for which it was set. Conclusion، conclusions and recommendations، the most important results were: Developing the aesthetic taste of the child، focusing on the health of Arabic calligraphy through continuous training، emphasizing the development of creative behavior in children، and a high focus on educational contents. He also emphasized instilling positive values of behavior in children by teaching them to draw social issues that encourage cooperation، intimacy، love and family cohesion that prevail in our society. Finally، the important research recommendations came as follows: Working on studying his analysis of the discourse of artistic programs for children، and studying the contents of other artistic programs، and then urging researchers to study the semiotic aspect.
