The research dealt with (analytical study of the aesthetics of modern arts and took a model for those aesthetics, some of the works of the late Iraqi artist (Jawad Selim) as a model), because beauty is of great importance in our lives, as it is considered a joint of public taste and artistic taste in particular. The artist must produce his artworks in a way that is accepted by the artistic community and society in general, especially modern arts, because of the clear development they witnessed in the methods and techniques used in the implementation of artworks. Artistic (his drawings and sculptures) are ancient and are still lofty in the center of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, such as the Freedom Monument, which is located in the city center and is considered a national symbol and an aesthetic façade of the capital. Research, research objective, search limits and definition of terms As for the second chapter, it dealt with the theoretical framework and contained three sections, the first topic was the concept of beauty and definitions of beauty, and the views of philosophers about beauty, while the second topic dealt with modern and contemporary art and their schools, while the third topic included the life of the late artist Jawad Selim. The second chapter concluded with the indicators that resulted from the framework theoretical. As for the third chapter, it included the research procedures from the research community, the research sample, the research tool, and the analysis of samples.

The fourth chapter dealt with the results, conclusions, recommendations and suggestions, and the research concluded with sources and references and an English summary
