Metaphor is a kind of simile and a pattern of representation and simile, analogy and analogy that takes place in what hearts perceive and minds perceive, and in which understandings and minds are questioned, not ears and ears.” in recent decades. Each of these theories has its place in scientific linguistic investigations. However, “cognitive linguistics” has gained a distinguished position in the last two decades, especially in recent years. Because it has faced a great demand by scholars and scholars in various fields that were not confined to linguistics, but transgressed to various psychological and sociological sciences. The types of conceptual metaphor were analyzed and classified in the topics of the mentioned newspaper, and the most prominent results of the research were the following:

1-The conceptual metaphor was used in preparing Al-Sabah newspaper for the months November-December 2021 and January 2022 in the field of clarifying and depicting abstract concepts.

2- The conceptual metaphor schemes used in preparing Al-Sabah newspaper for the months of November-December 2021 and January 2022 are the most common among the other types of metaphor, and the most common are the volume scheme (envelope), and the movement scheme.

3- In general, the plant was the least frequently traded in the newspaper’s preparations for the months of November and December of 2021.

 4-Among the most prominent conceptual metaphor schemes used in preparing Al-Sabah newspaper for the months of November-December 2021 and January 2022, the most common are the volume (envelope) scheme, and the movement scheme.
