The legal inadequacy about the sex change in marital relationship at family law of iran

he contemporary world today is witnessing significant advances in the field of medical science. developments such as artificial insemination, organ transplants and transgender, but given their new nature, have yet to find their full place in the law. Therefore, more legal reflections this type of developments are needed
Transgender as a major issue in this type of developments, about people who have physical problems it has been discussed in the past more or less. but about transsexuals is not very old, therefore, their issues deserve double attention in the field of law. one of the most important issues of gender change is related to the family domain. therefore, check the relationships of couples who had gender change or who are applying for sex change the impact of this issue on all family relationships from the legal point of view is the focus of the present study. has the legislator considered all of the following damages or related issues, given the specificity of the matter? and do the rules have necessary accountability for this subject or not. In this regard, current article examines gender change in financial and non-financial relationships of couples and proposes legal solutions at the end.
