This study was concerned with the subject of the loyalist, which is considered one of the most important topics disputed in Islamic history because of the way the Umayyad state dealt with them and the way the loyalist in dealing with the Umayyad policy, and my choice was for the time interval during the last thirty years of the Umayyad Caliphate, which coincided with the start of the loyalist movement in stirring up unrest and participating in revolutions, and the place of study was chosen in Khorasan as representing the weight of the loyalist of the Persian element, which was focused on in this study in addition to being a place The launch of the Abbasid call and the first spark in the rise of the loyalist in their revolution. The aim of the study was to find out the social and economic conditions of the loyalists within the Umayyad dynasty, what political impact they left on the history of the Arab Islamic state, and how they were able to confront Arab fanaticism through populism. The main problem of the research was whether there was a political impact of the loyalist and how were the ge The research methodology was based on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study reached several results in this topic, the most important of which was that the loyalist of the Persian element were those who were concerned with the conflict with the Arabs inside Khorasan, the loyalist was able to become a major class in the Islamic society inside Khorasan, the loyalist was able to control most of the professions, crafts and handicrafts, the Arabs used Arab nervousness against the loyalist, which led to their contempt and persecution, the loyalist participated in all revolutionary movements inside Khorasan, and the loyalist The loyalist joined the Abbasid call early and the loyalist considered the leadership of Abu Muslim Khorasani to call inside Khorasan a decisive opportunity and hastened their entry on the side of the Abbasids in order to get rid of the Umayyad rule and what they eventually obtained.
