Adherence to the Noble Qur’an as a guide for action that the teacher puts before his eyes for the purpose of walking his knees with the learners, and the Holy Qur’an brought together many verses that encourage knowledge and education, and the Holy Qur’an explained how to deal with the teacher. The Almighty said in Surat Al-Kahf, verse 66: (Moses said to him: Shall I follow you on the condition that you teach me what I have taught guidance?” This verse instigated the pursuit of knowledge and the follow-up of the virtuous, and that knowledge is the realization of a thing for its reality, and that the ideal teacher is the one who takes the teaching profession and for his sake the plan of education was drawn up, and the example is the likeness of something in ideals and destiny.

Among the characteristics of the ideal teacher according to what was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an: God’s fear and fear, honesty, patience and balance, and to be a good role model for the learner, as well as the scientific characteristics of the teacher such as scientific sobriety, intelligence, curriculum planning, diversity in methods and ways of learning, strength of statement, and taking into account individual differences between learners, development and training. Among the technical characteristics of the teacher is creativity, inspiration, observance of the heavenly religions, scientific and artistic thinking to perform all roles, and among the technical characteristics found in the Holy Qur’an, he took the interesting story style to write events and memorize information. Among the characteristics of this artistic method is the method of debate, dialogue, discourse, scientific circles, letters, commandments, and questions to discover information. Among the behavioral characteristics of the ideal teacher are traits that are inherent to the teacher, such as caring for the good looks, showing the learner love, inspecting the learner’s conditions, justice, managing time, matching actions and words, smiling, and adopting the principle of punishment, reward, evaluation, and photography.
