The study sought to clarify the concept of minorities and armed conflicts, the rights of minorities in Iraq, whether political, social or other rights, while standing on the responsibility for violating the rights of minorities in Iraq, clarifying the role of the bodies concerned with protecting minorities in Iraq, and addressing the issue of minorities in Iraqi legislation, And it turned out that Iraqi society suffers from a bitter reality because of internal armed conflicts, which forced it to deal with this reality, and attempts began not only to prevent wars and armed conflicts, but to verify the effects if they occur, regardless of the legitimacy or illegality of that armed conflict,Where we note that work has been done according to accurate descriptive approaches to explain the concept of civil and the various conflicts of all kinds and forms, Accurate descriptive approaches to explain the concept of civil and the various conflicts of all kinds and forms, where we resorted to the analytical method for th purpose of presenting the role of human rights and legal rules and devices in all their forms in order to provide the best ways to preserve and protect minorities in the State of Iraq during the bloody combative conflicts.
