The issue of religious minorities and their rights in Iraq and Iran has become one of the important issues, and it has taken another form after the development of events in Iraq and the change of regimes, especially in Iraq and Iran, as events began to interact with their change. The concept of religious minorities is considered incomplete unless attention is paid to this segment of citizens. Their presence in our societies does not prevent them from practicing their worship individually or collectively. From this point of view, we find that any country, if it wants to win the loyalty of its religious minorities that make up the community, guarantees the rights of these minorities, since these rights are based on the integration of society. Therefore, we discussed in this study the issue of minorities coexisting with Iranian and Iraqi society, as they are part of A real part of the social fabric, so we have explained the most important basic rights for them, and that going into the comparison between the Iraqi and Iranian constitutions with those rights, including religious and cultural rights, being the most important demands of this segment stipulated in the laws for their benefit. Accordingly, and for all the foregoing, we divided the subject of our study into four chapters. In the first chapter, we touched on the concept of minorities and divided it into four sections, which are what is meant by minorities, the second topic is the types of minorities, the third topic is the emergence of minorities, and the fourth topic is the concept of rights. The chapter is divided into two sections, the first is about minorities and who they are, and the second is about the rest of the minorities and other unrecognized beliefs. The third chapter is about religious minorities in Iran and we divided it into two sections. We divided it into three sections, the first of which we talked about private rights and the second section on the topic of collective rights and we went to the third topic and showed the aspects of comparison between Iraq and Iran, and then we concluded the topic of our message, after which we concluded results and recommendations that we hope to adopt and from God success
