The rule of Qur’anic appearance is one of the important legal rules, the belief in which requires the possibility of interpreting the Holy Qur’an only through quoting or taking steps in the desired direction by using words, speech and Arabic language and having foresight and insight. This rule is the reason for the variety of interpretations in the Imami school of interpretation during the past periods. The importance of the research is in the investigation (knowledge and interpretation sources) between two sciences of two schools, in the case of the authenticity of the Qur’an by using its appearances, as well as the role and ability of language in understanding those matters to the audience, and also the possibility of benefiting the general audience. They disagreed with each other about it. This research deals with a comparative study between two important interpretations of Shia commentary books. Al-Mizan’s interpretation of Allameh Tabataba’i, who is the leader of the Usuliun school. And Tafsir al-Barhan in Tafsir al-Qur’an by the famous Akhbari commentator Seyyed Hashem Bahrani. Its interpretation is different in comparison with other schools based on available interpretation sources, in terms of its appearance and prohibition. What is new in this research: the comparison of these two schools is outside of the basic topics and lessons and the tendency to compare in interpretative topics. It is very clear that the comparison between the two schools of principle and news, apart from the practical aspects, is only possible in the theoretical field. It should be noted that this research is the beginning of a comparative research between these two schools in the field of interpretation of the Holy Quran. The method used by the researcher in this research is the comparative method. At the end of the work, the researcher reached various conclusions, such as: The rule (the evidence of appearance) is the rule that has distinguished the Akhbariun and Usuliun schools from each other in expressing interpretations. Relying on this rule in the interpretation, the usulians have benefited from other sources for interpretation such as linguistic, expressive and rhetorical sources, while the akhbarists do not believe in the use of this rule in the interpretation and are content with quoting narrations. With this, two schools of interpretation were established, the first went to expand the scope of interpretation, and the second went to narrow the field of interpretation, which gave birth to two different schools in terms of the productivity of meaning.
