The beauties of ancient Iraqi constructions have been distinguished due to its diversity of artistic indications and the existence of important architectural elements. which is the outcome of continual experiences in constructing by the innovation of architects. through generations, it has come to fruition in the art of designing constructions in a way that is consistent with the demands of everyday life. In the meantime, the Iraqi capital of Babylon, with its geographical location on the left section of the Euphrates River in the plains, this place has cultural, technological, and economic significance, in the view of the fact that this place has an appropriate cultural and geographical environment in addition to its geostrategic importance due to bridging the principal trade routes in the Middle East, it has provided this place with the human habitation. This research, which is titled with “Aesthetics of ambiguity in Iraqi Artistic ancient signs”, aims to attain the cognitive and artistic efficacy of these ancient arts and their amount of impact on the reality of civilization in the ancient times. Also, the additional aim of this research is to perceive the mysterious facts that can be exploited as an ancient experience and then evolved and developed at the present time. The additional aim of this research is understanding the cultural heritage of the nations on a general level and Iraq in particular, while determining the artistic style which is based on the ancient works and investigations that were carried out, including: constructions, ancient coins, decorative objects, and pottery.
