Hazrat Fatimah has a special place in Zaydi sources, which are one of the main Shiite sects. They don’t have a similar idea on the date of her birth. According to Zaydiya, the most important event in the life of Hazrat Fatimah was marriage to Imam Ali, the marriage contract was first recited in Heaven and then by the Prophet Mohammad on earth by the command of Allah. Zaydi sources have divided the position of Hazrat Fatimah into four dimensions: moral, scientific, practical and social. The virtues of Hazrat Fatimah in Zaydi sources include Quranic verses and hadiths and she has been introduced as an example of Quranic verses, one of the five members of Aal-e-‘Abba, the most beloved person to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), the master of women of the two worlds, innocent of sin, patient in difficulties and helper of the Prophet of Islam and Hazrat Ali. Zaydis have paid more attention to the practical life of Hazrat Fatimah. The presence of Hazrat Fatimah in social, political and governmental issues that occurred after the death of the Holy Prophet, is one of the most important aspects of her life in Zaydi sources. One of the important issues in her life is arrogating Fadak with false excuses and facing the usurpers. Another event is the story of Saqifah, in which a person was choosen As Caliph of Hazrat Mohammad(PBUH), the Caliph ordered a group went to the house of Imam Ali with the intention of taking allegiance, but when they faced resistance of Ali (AS) and Fatimah (AS), they attacked their house and Hazrat Zahra (AS) was injured. Then she defended the rule of truth and many Islamic teachings by delivering a wise sermons in the Prophet’s mosque. The lack of attention and support of the people added a serious wound to the former injuries and wounds. In the end, Hazrat Zahra (AS) was martyred due to the great sorrow and oppression that befell her. There are difference opinions between Zaydis, on the date of the martyrdom and the burial place of Hazrat Fatimah.
