This study aimed to uncover the employment of local radio stations for social media networks towards Iraq issues by conducting a descriptive and analytical approach on a random sample. A comprehensive inventory method for Iraqi cases in the Republic of Iraq radio programs during the period 7/1/2020 until 9/30/2020. Information technology helped And digital communication is to link communication between peoples with their various cultural orientations, transcending political and geographical boundaries, and the civilizational isolation that most human societies were experiencing, as our contemporary world is witnessing major transformations in communication technology and thinking patterns in different societies. With an effective role in supplying people with a lot of information, attitudes and trends, through the tremendous development that took place through social media, radio entered the competition between television and the Internet, which still maintains its position within the media system, despite what modern communication technology has produced of new means of communication such as television, Video, direct contact with information bases and networks, and interactive Internet services, but these means did not It can eliminate the radio as a means of public communication that enjoys credibility and effective influence, and the radio still maintains its credibility and significance, and television has not undermined the foundations of radio and its ability to influence that radio today is moving towards expanding its specialized channels, and it began to address the masses through social media checks (digital broadcasting) and with this development The radio station has facilitated the process of reaching the masses, and using it as an important means of transmitting Iraqi issues, through various contents, and achieving decentralization of communication through thousands of stations that work to attract the interests of the public and meet their desires and needs, and the radio will remain a basic means of transmitting information, and it is perhaps the most stable and stable electronic means. Over time, the study concluded with several conclusions, the most important of which are: The interactions that users contributed to the social networks of local radio stations emphasize the necessity of presenting multiple viewpoints regarding Iraqi issues, which reflects the crystallization of different visions and then is keen to convey a specific position on Those issues. Likewise, social media networks, due to the large number of interactions on the one hand, stand at a moderate distance in terms of raising the Iraqi issues, and make the interactions determine the path of the issue at hand for discussion and interaction.
