The media plays an important role in conveying current events that receive great follow-up, as the media can change the course of events by conveying the cases that occur, and public opinion can also be changed, which by providing public opinion with details and information may be reversed and the formation of the mental image The recipient has a very important topic, as the events related to the Palestinian issues are directly related to the issues of public opinion, as the media sometimes obscures the true picture of the event by highlighting more other topics, so the media is a double-edged sword in dealing with important topics. The importance of the study lies in the importance of the subject (the transfer of the US embassy to the occupied city of Jerusalem), as the city of Jerusalem is a sacred and spiritual place for Muslims all over the world, and is considered a source for many other religions, as addressing a message bearing a topic related to Jerusalem will be of great importance. In his study, the researcher relied on the semiological method as a method of study and a tool for extracting the results related to the study, and that this method is a semiological analysis method. It is a set of techniques and steps used to describe and analyze something, as a slogan in itself and to establish relations with other parties, and television is a fertile field for such semiological studies. The most important findings of the researcher are: 1. The researcher found that the Iraqi newspaper Al-Mustaqbal used several levels, especially for Van Liwan and Van Dyck.
- The newspaper used the level of activation in situations considered by the ego side, and used the level of passivation on the other side. 3. The researcher found through the analysis that the level of impartiality was used several times, as the newspaper stripped of humanism and attached it to an official capacity. 4. It became clear to the researcher through the analysis that the newspaper used the level of impartiality with a number of repetitions (3) times. We conclude from this that the newspaper used this level to strip the declarant of human character and describe him as the name of the institution. 5. The researcher found through the analysis that the newspaper used the level of activation with the number of repetition (3) times. We conclude from this that the newspaper activated some statements and gave them strength so that these statements are specific to the ego. 6. It became clear to the researcher through the analysis that the level of evasion came first, as the most level of use in the news was the level of evasion, which indicates that the newspaper Al-Zaman does not want to adopt positions and statements. 7. Al-Zaman newspaper used the level of activation with a number of repetitions (6) times, as the newspaper presented the characters and statements on the level of ego in a positive way. 8. Al-Zaman newspaper used the level of presentation with a number of repetitions (5) times, which indicates that the newspaper used the active characters in their names, and that the newspaper wanted to give strength to the news through the names. 9. Al-Zaman newspaper used the level of generalization with a number of repetitions (5) times, which indicates that the newspaper used this level to describe the large group as one group.
