The nature of the phenomenon of Qur’anic revelation and miracles are important topics in the field of contemporary Islamology, the traditional analysis of which has been challenged by some Eastern and Western scholars. The purpose of this study is to study and analyze the nature of revelation and miracles from the perspective of the Imami and Ash’arite sects based on the views of two of the most famous contemporary figures of these two sects, namely Allameh Mohammad Hossein Tabatabai and Sheikh Mohammad Abdo; Because these two characters represent two views that, despite the similarity in many respects, differ from each other in some ways. Although Sheikh Mohammad Abduh represents the Ash’arite sect in the contemporary era, it seems that about the nature of revelation from the traditional approach common among the theologians of this sect who considered the divine word to be spiritual and verbal, and the spiritual word, ancient and non-created and verbal theological, It is an event and a creature, it distances itself and in its definition of divine revelation and word, it suffices to say that “revelation is knowledge that man finds in himself and is sure that it is mediated or directly by God.” And therefore, according to the Imami elders, the nature of revelation, who knew the word and the meaning from God and the event, and the truth of which, in their view, is a special awareness that God has given to the prophets through that message. To reach out to human beings and teach them. As for the miracle of both personalities, they believe that the miracle of the Qur’an is due to its citation to divine revelation and arises from the words and meanings of the Qur’an itself and the characteristic of the Qur’an not differing and its special composition and not from divine possession in people’s hearts. Both Muslim thinkers consider the miraculous aspects of the Holy Quran to be the following: 1. The expressive miracle of the Holy Quran; 2. The miracle of the Qur’an in content and knowledge; 3. Harmony and non-contradiction in the verses in terms of content and in terms of rhetoric and order; 4. Harmony of the Holy Quran with the intellect; 5. Unseen news of the Holy Quran; 6. Amy being a prophet. With the difference that Allameh Tabatabai considers the most important aspect of the miracle of the Qur’an, which makes it enduring as a permanent miracle, to be the content and high knowledge of the Holy Qur’an, but Sheikh Mohammad Abduh on the eloquence and rhetoric of the Holy Qur’an and being Amy The prophet has more emphasis.
