Analyzing history and extracting its future-building lessons is an attitude that the Holy Quran has had towards history and advises everyone to it. The reproducibility of history provides human beings with an opportunity to expand their benefits and purities by relying on the history of the past and to avoid personal and social impurities and losses. This makes it necessary to pay attention to history at the level of elites and the laymen. On the other hand, a careful analytical view of history, especially on the performance of leaders and rulers and the dignitaries of society can eliminate the grounds for doubt and increase the ability to respond to doubts. This study intends to identify the characteristics, powers, and position of the leaders of the Islamic community and the duties of the nations in times of war and peace in international treaties and to explain the characteristics of desirable peace from the perspective of Islam, to identify the effects of desirable peace in preventing war and aggression in relations between nations. The studies conducted in this area enjoy advantages such as historical perspective, scientific analysis, and eloquence, but suffers from weaknesses such as the one-dimensionality of the relationship between the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah and the peace of Imam Hassan (PBUH). This study is an applied research and has utilized a combination of analysis and description and has been done by relying on library documents in a cognitive, historical, and content analysis method. The results of the research show that the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah provided a platform for worshiping the divine rites and promoting Islamic teachings and created convergence and synergy among Muslims and disappointed the infidels from invading the Islamic country and on the other hand the peace of Imam Hassan (PBUH) exposed the face of Muawiyah hypocrisy and strengthened the power of Shiite organizations.
