Through this study (the evaluation of the performance of public relations in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals for the year 2020 and 2021 from the point of view of experts and specialists), the researcher seeks to identify the evaluation of the performance of the Public Relations Department in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals for the year 2020 and 2021, and to know the programs that aim to gain public satisfaction in public relations. The Ministry of Industry and Minerals, knowing the strengths and weaknesses in the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, knowing the extent to which the Public Relations Department in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals deals with administrative problems that constitute an obstacle to the means of administrative development, and knowing the extent to which the Public Relations Department in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals is keen to provide business which are respected and trusted by the public. The researcher relied on the qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with 12 experts and specialists in the subject of the study. In this study, the researcher relied on the functional theory of Lasswell and McCaul’s views, media framing theory and accreditation theory. To answer the main question and sub-questions, the researcher reached the following results: Personal specifications for an employee of the Public Relations Department in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals University degree in specialization or in the media, good morals and diplomacy, communicative specifications for an employee of the Public Relations Department in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, dealing with various media, modern technologies, public speaking skill, and proficient in using the computer and dealing with the Internet, means and messages And the communication activities in the public relations department’s communication with the public of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, which increases their level of satisfaction, seminars, conferences and meetings within the ministry, direct contact with the public and communication through the Internet. Ministry meetings, b Some of the employees of the Public Relations Department in the Ministry are fluent in the use of modern electronic media and media work. The Public Relations Department works as a team and there are no problems between the employees. Is the performance of the Relations Department of its activities in the Ministry ideal, the department’s performance of its activities is not ideal, there is no media spokesperson in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals due to lack of The readiness of the Department of Public Relations and Media, the necessity of having a media spokesperson who enjoys the specifications of language integrity, good appearance, tact and strength of personality, and the researcher recommends the following: The researcher recommends that the employee of the Public Relations Department in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals should have a university degree in public relations, media, fine arts, sociology, management science or political science, preferably in public relations and media.
