 Public relations aims to be a media hub for communication, organizing and facilitating the work of institutions with their audiences by facilitating the process of communication and mutual understanding between the two parties, relying on matters that help them achieve their goals, including research, analysis, development of appropriate policies, as well as programs and communication with their audiences. Therefore, the research seeks to identify the evaluation of the performance of public relations in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education after the Corona crisis from the point of view of Iraqi students (students of the University of Religions and Denominations) by surveying their views through the activities and programs of the Public Relations Department in the Ministry by students and knowing their importance In facilitating their tasks by taking care of them and dealing with their problems. Therefore, the study aimed to reveal the extent of the importance of the public relations department to its audience represented by the students of the University of Religions and Sects, all in order to obtain a bright image of the institution as it works to serve this community and achieve what the two parties aspire to and overcome the obstacles facing students. The main question of this study: What What is the opinion of the students of the University of Religions and Doctrines in evaluating the performance of the Public Relations Department in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education after the Corona crisis? In this study, the survey method was used for the purpose of portraying the applied reality in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and the extent to which it adopted public relations methods in its activities through the survey method (questionnaire). Their number is (7300) representing both sexes and master’s levels, with a sample of (385) from the study population. The most prominent results were that public relations in the Ministry of Higher Education took measures to develop performance evaluation on activities and programs related to education after the Corona crisis. As on social networking sites, the survey of the Public Relations Department in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education is evaluated through its websites after the Corona crisis. Public relations in the Ministry of Higher Education has been publishing health and safety announcements for the post-Corona period. Relying on research and studies to develop future plans to carry out expanded activities after the Corona crisis through the media. The answers to these questions were very high, according to the average relative importance index. Finally, making recommendations that would reveal and evaluate the pros and cons of the work of the Public Relations Department in the Iraqi Ministry of Education by students abroad.
