Applications of public administration theory in the Iraqi media network

Management is extremely important in the institutional system at the present time، That is why the attention that organizations give to management has become a great interest، Where the influence of management، whether negative or positive، is much more important than the influence of other elements of capital. The fact that management is a continuous process that supports scientific concepts and methods، and aims to achieve limited results using available resources، The great changes that occurred in the science of management led to the emergence of modern scientific administrative schools as an entry point to address administrative attitudes and problems using a scientific method in all types of institutions، including the media institution. Hence، this study was launched to surround the theory of public administration and its relationship with the management of media institutions، and (Iraqi Media Network) was chosen to study the importance of electronic management that mainly uses information technology. What are the results achieved with the desired goals and studying how the public administration also contributed to simplicity، clarity، removal of obstacles and classic bureaucratic red tape in the media institution by answering the question: The main question: What are the applications of public administration theory in the Iraqi media network?

To answer the question، specialized approaches were used، which are one of the important tools that collect information according to the descriptive approach، by following the descriptive approach through which the views of specialists and researchers are identified on the topic of research، Then the researcher performs a ranking process for all the events that the researcher did not know through the information he acquires، or through previous studies and research that the scientific researcher perused. One of the most important results of the study is that there are accurate scientific plans that depend for their implementation on the available human and material capabilities. It also showed that there are a set of criteria on which the higher management of the network relies، represented by the presidency of the network in selecting its cadres، Among the negative consequences is that there is no work environment conducive to taking important decisions that contribute to overcoming obstacles.

The results of the study showed that monitoring is not carried out periodically and regularly، and there are no clear standards in the area of ​​control.
