Sheikh Sharafuddin Ahmed Ibn Yahya Muniri is one of the great mystics of the Indian subcontinent in the 7th and 8th centuries. Many works have been left by Sheikh Sharafuddin. In general, Sheikh Sharafuddin’s works can be divided into four parts.Compilations: Among the compilations of Sheikh Ahmad, one of his compilations remains, which is a commentary on the morals of Sheikh Zia al-Din Abu Najib Abdul Qahir Suhrawardi. Books: A – Books of the century: containing 100 books compiled by Zain Badr Arabi in 747 AH. B- Two Hundred and Some Letters: It contains 200 or so letters compiled by another disciple of Sheikh Ashraf Ibn Rukn, that is, Qazi Ashraf in 769 AH. C – Twenty-eight letters (response letters): contains 28 letters in the name of Maulana Muzaffar Balkhi, and this collection was compiled after 803 AH by Sheikh Hossein Balkhi, the nephew of Sheikh Muzaffar Balkhi. These letters are about the secrets of monotheism and knowledge. D- Benefits of Rukni (a selection of letters) Rasails: The Rasails of Sheikh Ahmad are mostly in response to questions on the path of Sufism and worship from his disciples and believers, and also contain guidance about worship and austerity. A- Ajoba (Ajoba al-Khord – Ajoba al-Sulah), B- Ajoba (Ajoba Kalan – Ajoba Zahidiya – Ajoba Asolah – Ajoba Muniri – Treatise on Sufism), C- Irshad al-Salkin, d- Irshad al-Talebin, C- Isharat (Isharat Sharafiya) d- Orad (three sets of orad are called small orad, average orad and large orad), e- in guiding the present. And – In Zikr (Treatise on Zikr and Its Benefits and Rules), Za- Risala Makkiyya (Dhikr Ferdowsiyya), Haris- Risala Al-Rosal to Allah. T- Aqeed al-Sharafieh (Treatise of Waldeh Majdeh). Contents: A- Mine of Al-Ma’ani, B- Khuan Par-Nemat, C- Bahr Al-Ma’ani (Obscured Benefits – Kenz Al-Ma’ani), D- Ganj La Yakhfi, E- Malfuz Al-Safar, F- Muns Al-Muridin, G- Rahat Al-Qulub (Obituary Addendum), H- Mukh al-Ma’ani, T- Mukh al-Mani, Y – Sahab al-Najat for Al-Asaat sect. The first collection of Malfuzat of Sheikh Sharafuddin Ahmad Muniri is Madan al-Ma’ani, which was compiled by one of his special disciples and students, Zain Badr Arabi, which consists of two volumes, the first volume of which has 64 chapters, and the second volume, or Khwan Purnaimat, has 46 Majlis.. The present treatise on the manuscript of Madan al-Ma’ani has been examined based on the four existing manuscripts and corrected based on them, as well as in the introduction to the treatise on the life, works, masters and mystical authority of Sheikh Ahmed Muniri.
