The book al-Ulom al-Aliyah belongs to the famous Shiite mystic Haydar Amuli, which is one of the most famous works of this mystic. In fact, it is a summary and, naturally, a repetition of the views and materials that he has expressed and defended on intellectual issues and, in general, theoretical mysticism. In this treatise, like the rest of his books, he tries to reconcile the Shiites with the Sufis and introduce the correct contents of theoretical mysticism in accordance with and not in contradiction with the high teachings of the Shiites.
The divisions that he has presented from monotheism, such as the division into divinity and existence, as well as the threefolds: Revelation, Inspiration, Discovery, and the other threefolds that follow it; It forms the basis of Amuli’s contents in it. In this treatise, monotheism, which is the basis of divine knowledge and the main basis of theoretical mysticism, is designed and presented in a way that can attract the opinion of the people of knowledge and aside from the challenges and controversies that are raised in some cases. After mentioning the introduction, he divided his book into ten separate sections and chose the word “No’” (type) for each section.
The present thesis has two parts, the first one includes an analytical introduction that a brief review of Amuli’s views is given and then compares the thoughts of this great man with the mystical thoughts of Imam Khomeini on issues such as Discovery and Inspiration and Revelation, Monotheism and Prophethood and Nabovvat. In the second part, due to the fact that this work has not been published and examined so far, so first the issues regarding the version were addressed, so the version was corrected and then the sources that Haydar Amuli referred to is being extracted.
