Correction and research of the “Sharḥ al-masāil al-wasāil fī al-ishārāt wa-l-dalāil” by ʻUmar al-Muqīmī al-Dinawarī’ with an Analytic Introduction

ʻUmar al-Muqīmī al-Dinawarī is one of the Sufis and theologian who wrote a treatise under the title: Sharḥ al-masāil al-wasāil fī al-ishārāt wa-l-dalāil. This essay contains 17 chapters: 1. How can an adherent differ between his inspirations? Which one is deceit of the Devil or soul and wich one is dominical inspiration or from angles or his heart? How can he differ? 2. How can we know placement and differences between advanced saint(anthropic teleost) and saint (spiritual minster)? 3. Does an adorer understand that he became an advanced saint(anthropic teleost)? 4. How does he know himself as an advanced saint? 5. How does a slave of God reach to God? 6. Can an adherent and everyone who wants to be in mystic journey use their master or elder (Shaykh)’s advices before mystical state or station? 8. Is it possible for devil to get an entrance way in advanced saint’s heart? 9. Is it true to abandon people and go to mountains and caves? 10. When is it true for an adherent to replace himself instead of director and start to lead people? 11. Is it possible to choose the same name of God for his adorer? 12. Is it possible for adorer to have a star vision in his interior? 13. Is it possible for adherent to yell in praying (salah) involuntary and unintentionally? 14. Is it possible to see the God in awareness not in dream? if it’s possible how can we know that is God? 16. Can we see the Prophet Mohammad in this world and how? 17. Is it possible for Prophet Mohammad to forget something? The author discusses theological-mystical subject in each issues. In this essay, by correcting errors in handwrite version I do a research and prepare all verses and traditions and resources in footnotes. There is a report of subjects of the book in analytical introduction of this essay and the issue of beatific vision has discusses in this essay due to its importance. Din vary search about vision of God according to Sufis ideas. He divided the ways of beatific vision to sensitive, by heart and in dream and all them based on verses and traditions. Dinvary does not refuse vision of God but it’s possible under some circumstances.
