Exposure to satellite channels among the public has become moving among hundreds of available options of channels and intellectual trends, among these multiple options available is the Al-Iraqiya satellite TV channel, which is the official channel of the Iraqi state. And the disclosure of the authorities concerned with dealing with the elite immigration crisis in Iraq presented on Al-Iraqiya channel, and the identification of the methods proposed in Al-Iraqiya channel to address the elite immigration crisis in Iraq, revealing the topics covered by the Al-Iraqiya satellite channel about the elites and talent migration crisis, and the researcher used in this study a theory The order of priorities, and the researcher relied on the qualitative approach by analyzing the content of programs and news that dealt with elite migration on Al-Iraqiya channel, and to answer the questions of the study: What are the contents of Al-Iraqiya TV programs about elite migration? From which a group of the following questions branched: What are the reasons for the emigration of elites in Iraq presented on Al-Iraqiya TV? Who are the competent authorities to address the crisis of elite immigration in Iraq presented on Al-Iraqiya TV? And what are the methods proposed by Al-Iraqiya channel to address the crisis of elite immigration in Iraq? What are the topics covered by the Al-Iraqiya satellite channel about the elites and talent migration crisis? The researcher reached the most important results, which are: It was found that the time space for the news of the migration of elites and competencies in Al-Iraqiya channel took a good part of the total time space of the newsletter, as it came with a frequency of (100) minutes out of a total of (900) minutes, and a percentage amounted to. Among the reasons for the emigration of elites in Iraq, it became clear from the results that the issues related to the security and professional aspects ranked first, while the issues related to the professional aspect ranked second, and the issues related to the political, social and religious aspects ranked third. The results showed the solutions of the monetary treatment method category ranked first, while the two categories of analysis and interpretation method and method of presenting statistics ranked second. As for the method of presenting facts, it came third, and the information narration method category ranked fourth, and research and investigation method ranked fifth, while the method of method Provoking discussion ranked sixth, the categories of complex treatment method and method of putting forward proposals ranked seventh, and in the eighth place came the category of awareness method. The researcher recommends the following: It is necessary to allocate more time to the issue of elites and talent migration in the news bulletin of Al-Iraqiya satellite channel, as it is an official channel and expresses the positions and tendencies of the Iraqi government. Paying more attention to the rest of the television arts that the bulletin uses to address the issue of elites and talent migration, like news, especially interviews and news analysis. Paying attention to the internal and private sources of the channel, activating the role of correspondents, transmitting news from the sites of events, and meeting.
