The present study seeks to identify the Albany’s Fiqhi and Ijtihadi method that will be a service to scientific communities and Fiqhi scholars by analyzing the characteristics of this method in the path of ijtihad and inference. The necessity of this study is clear because no research has been done on Albani’s view of Fiqh and Ijtihad, so the question of the characteristics of Albani’s Fiqhi and ijtihadi method is a problem that needs an appropriate answer. The method of this paper is descriptive and analytical.  This paper has many achievements such as that al-Albani considers the Qur’an and Sunnah equal in the path of ijtihad and does not accept the preference between verses and hadiths, intellect has no proper place in the Fiqhi and ijtihadi system of Albani. He considers the so-called consensus of the fundamentalists to be debatable. He accepts analogy in the narrow circuit of texts. Albani considers Estehsan to be the product of later ideas. From his point of view, the expediency of the message should be the kind of expediency that may have been taken at the time of the Prophet and by him, but the Prophet did not act on it.The high position of the Salaf, in his view, is such that he does not refer to and accept the ideas of the righteous Salaf, the secret of the dispersion of the Muslim community. In his Fiqhi method, “Salaf” and “understanding Salaf” are the most central basis. He purifies Fiqhi on the basis of three important axes: practicing the correct hadith even if the scholars disagree with that hadith, dressing up Fiqhi from weak hadiths and not prioritizing some basic rules over a single news. Al-Albani did not consider the existing Fiqhi\ to be real, because this Fiqhi is the personal views of the Faqihs, he considers being a narrator to be a basic requirement of becoming a Faqih. The most important features of the Albanian Fiqhi method in Al-Samar Al-Mustatab are: verses of the Qur’an, authentic hadiths, rules used by the Book and Sunnah, adherence to the general rules used by the Book and Sunnah, practice of the text, strong defense of the hadith, although contrary to the Qur’an, paying attention to the interests of society, paying attention to the Fiqh of the language, fighting against heresy, paying attention to monotheism, practicing Istikharah in case of doubt in the condition of the narrator, paying attention to understanding the predecessor and independence in the opinion and criticism of the Imams of Hadith. Albani believed in the interpretation and permission of Rafi al-Jamla. He has an almost common view on correcting, Estehsan and Tazeif of hadiths of the rest of the narrators.
