In this study, it was argued that the change in the war to Jihad at the dawn of Islam, as a metamorphosis, why and how and with what consequences. That is, how the war, which was common among the Arabs of the early days of Islam, evolved into the concept of jihad, and how this change was basically done and eventuallywithwhatconsequences.
One of the periods in which the subject of war was very rich was the era of ignorance. The many conflicts between the tribes of this land were formed as a current tradition among the Arabs, and their minds and bodies were always involved. With the advent of Islam, its salvationist teachings, with a focus on Qur’anic verses, in various fields in the structure of Arab life of that period, produced tremendous changes in a short time;one of these fundamental changes was the transformation of the Arab war system and the shift in the war to Jihad. The author’s research showed that the Qur’an, with the teachings of revelation and transcendental laws about war and conflict in a multi-year process during the early Islamic period, in addition to regulating and limiting the war, caused a fundamental change in the minds and minds of the Arabs about war and conflict and ultimately jihad Naming.one of the consequences of this transformation is the sanctity of jihad, divine education, and the esteem of Islam. the present research is a fundamental research and descriptive-analytical method that has been carried out with the aim of examining the views and opinions of thinkers about the research issue as well as providing solutions in this regard.
The method of data collection is a library method and has been used from historical sources, texts and interpretations. The results of this research also stated that Islam, with the focus of the Prophet (PBUH) along with the Holy Quran, expresses ideas such as propagation and modeling and drawing of the characteristics and conditions of jihad. and, in general, created a great deal of change in the context of the war, its causes and objectives, and eventually turnedthewarintojihad.
