This study entitled (The Impact of Extravagance on Society in the Holy Qur’an and the Noble Hadiths( is based on the comparative analytical interpretation method. The words indicative of it, and an explanation of the occurrence of the word (extravagance) or the words derived from it in the Qur’anic context through the Meccan and Medina verses and the topics that suited each of these two phases. The study by linking extravagance to the public life of the individual and society, and through their daily lives, or through public spending, whether it is from private money or public money, with a statement of the rules of Sharia through the Qur’an and Sunnah, and the sayings and deeds of the nation of Ahl al-Bayt – peace be upon them -, with a statement of the effects The study aims to clarify the penalties to which the extravagant is subjected in this world and in the hereafter, all within the framework of an objective Qur’anic study, and the study concludes with the most important findings that reached Here the researcher, that extravagance is a satisfactory phenomenon, whether it is in the past or the present, and the proposed or proposed solutions to get rid of this scourge are by obeying God in what he commanded and following the Sunnah of His Prophet and the sayings and actions of the nation of Ahl al-Bayt, and it is followed by what the Muslim person carries in the folds of his heart of faith. And it is embodied in his daily life actions. Commitment to Sharia and its teachings is the secret of a Muslim’s success in curbing extravagance, in all areas, whether material, tangible or general, in all life behaviors.
