Belief in life after death and resurrection is one of the basic beliefs of Zoroastrian religion, so that this belief has affected all aspects of Zoroastrian beliefs. In Zoroastrianism, the most important purpose of human life is to help Ahura Mazda in his battle with the devil, and the end of human life is a stage of the complete period of human life.

The main question in this research is: “How Zoroastrian heaven and hell reflected in Ardaviraf’s is thought?” Using the available sources, we examined and analyzed the reflection of the belief in heaven and hell in Ardaviraf’s thought. By analyzing the obtained information, what is important is that the text of Ardavirafnameh can be considered more of a jurisprudential work that seeks to remind the clergy of the time approved by the clergy of that time and to spread; Points that are in accordance with the previous traditions of Zoroastrianism and have been emphasized in later sources. Also, Ardaviraf’s personal epistemology is in accordance with the individual epistemology of the Zoroastrian religion, that is, all the interpretations used about individual epistemology in Zoroastrian texts can be seen in this text. The first point to note is that Ardaviraf was chosen from among a few to do so, meaning that he was in fact the most religious person of his time, meaning that someone believed in and practiced all the laws of the Zoroastrian religion at that time. So, the reason for his choice was his actions, words and thoughts, which were completely in accordance with the Zoroastrian religion of his time.
