In the Safavid period, the paintings of spiritual figures, saints, prophets and the Prophet (PBUH) find a special place. Safavid painting, which was in the service of literature and sometimes mystical literature, is an important study of mystical concepts. The element of color, which has a special place among mystics and in the wisdom of religious art, can help us to understand the drawings of this period. Just as the cloak, dress, and color have a special place in Najmuddin Kobra’s thought, and each color indicates a certain degree of conduct and attainment of a certain spiritual status, it seems that the artist uses mystical concepts in using the color of the Prophet’s clothes. Has set. For this reason, the color of his clothes in the drawings was examined according to Najmuddin Kobra’s views on colors. First, after introducing fifty paintings of the Prophet (PBUH) in the Safavid period and its characteristics, the symbolic meanings of the color of his clothes have been studied based on the thought of Najmuddin Kobra.

This research is a descriptive-analytical method and data collection is a library method.
