The present dissertation, entitiled ” study of the contexts and barriers to empowerment of Afghan women in accepting social responsibilities in Afghanistan”, aims to examine the areas of empowerment of Afghan women, barriers and difficulties that Afghan women to achieve empowerment in the field of responsibility are facing social issues. Empowerment of Afghan women in enconomic, poltical, and social dimensions it is discussed how Afghan women struggle with great problems such as culture, regional customs and security problems to be empowered in these dimensions. This study considers the issue of empowerment or empowerment or empowerment of Afghan women as one of the mjor challenges in this country. Because traditional beliefs have established the basis of society’s culture. Changing the culture and creating intellectual backgrounds for the people of this region to achieve absolute peace will not be an easy task. According to traditionalists, the worthiest and highest position of a woman is raising her child and housekeeping. To the positon it acquires in society. They lable him awkward, creating fear and painc in him to prevent him from progressing. Such Afghan women institutionalize traditional beliefs and embrace masculine society. The traditional society of Afganistan has considered restrictions and conditions for social activities.
