Women, as an important and crucial member of society, have always been noteworthy and have shown the value and importance of their existence in various fields. This influential member of society, in various economic, cultural, social and family fields, with the presence and emergence of his talents, has been the focus of many studies and researches; In particular, the issue of women from various dimensions has been a ground for attacking Islam, and in the meantime, the issue of women’s employment to blacken the situation of women in Islam and Islamic countries has received more attention than other issues, especially in the West. The present study seeks to answer the main question of what is the comparative approach of Islam and Christianity towards women’s employment through a comparative study of women’s employment in Islam and Christianity? In addition to this main goal, it answers four sub-questions about the position of women in Islam, Islam’s approach to women’s employment, the position of women in Christ, and Christianity’s approach to women’s employment. The research method is documentary method and the technique used in the research is a kind of combined method called descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected using the library method and using tools and data sets and software and computer systems. Finally, research shows that both Islam and Christianity agree on the issue of women’s employment; But by granting this right to women with conditions and conditions in accordance with the dignity of women, Islam has promoted her status and status, but on the contrary, Christianity, especially after the formation of feminist groups in Western Christian nations, exploited women and their dignity. He has questioned them.
