In the second half of the thirteen century and at the time of the constitutional movement in Iran, The Iranian Qur’anists, the most important currents of thought, branching out from the Imami Shiite School. This current has two characteristics: sufficiency of the Quran and avoidance from hadith. This group repeats the slogan “sufficiency of the Book of God”, emphasizing the sufficiency of the Qur’an to guide society, that is we can understand the Qur’an without the need for narrations. Also to critique and refine the hadith they use the narrated evidence (Qur’an, Sunnah and Consensus) and rational evidence (intellect, history, experimental sciences, etc.), and are not interested in entering the critique of a hadith document. Emphasis on the conflict of hadiths with the Qur’an and reason, claims of widespread falsification in Shiite hadith communities, functional critique of hadith with claims such as: avoidance of monotheistic worship, promotion and spread of sin, superstition, sectarianism and degeneration of other Muslims are another reasons for avoiding of the hadith. In this treatise, referring to all the works related to the critique of the hadith of three prominent figures of this tendency, namely Rezagholi Shariat Sangalji (1222-1322), Seyyed Abolfazl Ibn Reza Borghei Qomi (1370-1287), Seyyed Mostafa Hosseini Tabatabai (AD 1314) , As three representatives of the formation period, the middle period and the contemporary period, by library method, an attempt has been made to study and critique the foundations of the formation of elusive hadith views, intellectual characteristics, and criteria for critique of their hadith. The most important criticisms against them are: not having a clear definition of terms and criteria for criticizing hadith, not having the necessary knowledge to criticize hadith, having an assumption before entering into the discussion of hadith criticism, Expressing the existence of conflict and not finding a solution to it, confusion Between the social behaviors and traditions of the society with the religious traditions and customs in the narrations and the deviation from the criteria of hadith jurisprudence.
