Objective: To investigate the effect of social media on job performance with the mediating role of job satisfaction and job motivation in Arak University of Medical Sciences.

Research Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and causal in terms of method. The statistical population of this study is all middle and high level employees of Arak University of Medical Sciences, whose number is 405 people. In this regard, the researcher has used a questionnaire to collect data. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been confirmed in this study. The analysis of the results in this study was performed using statistical software at both descriptive and inferential levels. At the descriptive level, statistics such as frequency and frequency percentage and SPSS software have been used. At the inferential statistics level, research hypotheses have been used to test the research hypotheses using the structural equation technique and to determine the fit of the model and LISREL software.

Results: Social media has a significant effect on job performance with the mediating role of job satisfaction and job motivation in Arak University of Medical Sciences. Social media has a significant effect on job satisfaction and job motivation in Arak University of Medical Sciences. Job satisfaction and job motivation have a significant effect on job performance in Arak University of Medical Sciences.
