As one of the outcomes of advances in biotechnology, “Human Cloning” is a modern branch of science today upon which lots of controversial discussions has been raised. Human Cloning has been criticized by a variety of scholars in favor and against from religious, jurisprudential and ethical points of views to see whether it is permitted or prohibited. In Muslim countries including Iran it has been a subject of controversy as well from the very emergence, particularly by religious scholars who are mostly in opposition. Most of the reasons used by these scholars in opposition to cloning oppear to enjoy science-fiction literature.

The purpose of this paper is to review comments Shiite scholars and their reasons, also the possible role of imaginative literature in issuing Shiite scholars fatwas. Due to the fact that according to scientific studies,  gene is not equivalent to character but, environmental factors also affect the formation of character and also in according to the religious orders and the intellect until any new issue does not undergo of test and benchmark and It is not achieved accurate results, It should not be ruled out sanctions, But because of a debatable topic, as well as a low probability of success in the cloning And of course, its high cost and reminding that very low probability of cloning mammals And many of them either die or survive if embryos are affected by a variety of diseases, This hypothesis has been proposed in afta council  and Shiite scholars have expressed their opinions in this regard. The contents listed here were collected by library method and it reminds us that if you can get the Advancement of Science, It may help correct Disadvantages, Perhaps to be followed by many benefits to society, such as organ transplantation, help infertile couples.

It should be noted that control and limitation of human cloning it will cause lack abuse of people.
