The issue of the five is one of the most important points of contention among the Islamic sects, after they agreed on the obligation of the khums, they differed as to what the khums is required, and what are the sources of spending the khums. His interpretation of the balance, and between Al-Fakhr Al-Razi in his great interpretation, so that the researcher refers to the points of difference between them, as well as the points of difference, and whether the general Muslims agreed with them or did they disagree. And (Concepts of Research) The second chapter of the study was devoted to (Buildings of El Alamein) and it consisted of five sections, while the third chapter was entitled (Comparing the buildings of El Alamein) to consist of four sections. Al-Tabataba’i includes the spoils of war, treasures, diving, and the profits gained by man, unlike Al-Razi’s pride, which was limited to the spoils of war of the Muslims on the condition that they be attacked by horses, and it includes movable and immovable funds, of little value and a lot. Ha, the sign made its resource half of the sons of Hashim and their offspring, and the other half of the Imam (may God’s prayers be upon him), while Al-Fakhr Al-Razi contented himself with presenting the views of Muslims on that, and he did not give his opinion.
