The traditional method in interpreting the Quran, between Allamah Muhammad Hadi Ma’rifah and Allamah Muhammad al-Tahir A’shoor (A Comparative Study)

With the increasing of publishing movement beside the enlarging number of religious science students, and the direction of many religious academies to instruct deviant thoughts and subjects which are far away from the Islamic principles, and began to spread quickly by the aid of liberality and information revolution that made the whole world but as a small village, and caused many individuals to doubt the others beliefs and regard them as infidels.

The Muslims themselves began to call each others as irreligious and dare to kill them because of some secondary dogmatic differences based on some incorrect religious interpretation. Now because all the Islamic sects are almost agreed on the main principles of their religion, this inductive study written to deal with the tradition method  in interpreting the Holy Quran by great scholars these days who related to two different schools in secondary rules but agreed on main principles.

The study’s importance lurks in the inductive and analytic comparison made to discover the traditional method of the two Sheikhs and their dealing with the interpreting narrations as they may like religiously and according to their dogmatic culture rooted in them since centuries which caused a lot of unforgettable catastrophes.

The new thing in this study is that no one has dealt with this subject in such open mind before; the study deals with the interpretation called (al-Tahrir wal Tanweer) of Allamah A’shoor and compares his narrations with those of Allamah Muhammad Hadi Ma;rifah, showing the differences and similarities between their interpretations.

The writer of this article reached a result which revealed the far differences between the Islamic interpretations and the strictness of each part which caused main insensibility in the Islamic society and led to continuous contention which can be explode in any time, and weakens the Muslims’ body in front of evil powers.
