On the basis of the Noble Qur’an and following the example of the Prophet Musa, peace be upon him, as a model, the leader must have several components, which are:
First: the religious components of belief and laws.
Second: the worldly components of administration and social and human sciences because they are intertwined and serve each other and raise his leadership efficiency.
Third: The intellectual and mental components of eloquence and strength of statement, acumen and intelligence, and a high ability to influence others, help him to think soundly, which leads him to real interests, so he takes correct opinions and decisions that achieve goals.
Fourth: The moral components of lofty morals, piety and piety make him a role model for people to believe in his idea.
Fifth: Administrative components such as firmness in making crucial decisions, selection and selection of leaders, and commissioning what is possible in order to raise the level of planning and implementation.
Sixth: Psychological components such as patience, vigor, prestige, and self-confidence help him to overcome all obstacles until he reaches his goals.
In order for the divine leader to exist in our days, the divine approach in preparing leaders must be understood, and the story of the Prophet of God Moses, peace be upon him, is a model to be followed. Successful experiences of some former and contemporary leaders to familiarize themselves with what suits our faith, Islamic law and morals.
