The struggle of the great powers over world domination and plundering the goods of countries, under pretexts and fabricating flimsy excuses, the matter still poses a danger to all countries of the world, and it is not hidden from everyone that the occupation of Iraq is nothing but a plan set by the United States of America several years ago, because of its strategic location and its wealth Which are innumerable, as well as to control the free people in this region and other reasons that may be political. There is no doubt that the war has become an advanced war, and it is no longer the one that had limited casualties, but rather weapons of mass destruction, drones, intercontinental missiles, submarines, aircraft carriers, etc… Where the human mind gathered, created and developed all these weapons from For terror and horror, the destruction of the world and the threat to the human world.Through our letter tagged (the legal responsibility of foreign forces in Iraq after 2003), we shed light on what is the legal responsibility, which is the most difficult study, as we have studied international laws and criminal laws as well as civil laws?!. We discussed the extent of violations and illegal acts committed by foreign forces and the consequences thereof, and shed light on internal and external laws, including international agreements that guarantee the right of civilians to life in times of peace and war.
