Analysis of cultural values in Iraqi series (Tayiba series as a model)

This study aims to reveal the hidden values ​​in the Taibah series, in their cognitive, emotional and behavioral dimensions, shedding light on the quality of these values. It seeks to achieve some goals, such as getting to know the Iraqi cultural values ​​in general and the Taiba series in particular. And the impact of soap operas on the values ​​of society. The researcher provided solutions and recommendations for the study and used the analytical descriptive survey method and questionnaire to collect data. The research community was from the public of Dhi Qar Governorate. And the research sample was selected from the participants in the questionnaire, which amounted to (404) participants. Among the most important results in this study; The presence of many authentic Iraqi values, through its scenes and dramatic characters, which gave a high viewing ceiling through the results, as the number of viewers for it reached approximately (253), distributed among those who watched all its episodes and watched them irregularly, and that the Taiba series reinforced moral and human values ​​among its viewers (such as tolerance, creating gratitude, thanks and credibility, and avoiding lying). He was able to show the prevailing customs in society and treat them with the opposite, just as the study highlighted the nature of these cultural, psychological, behavioral, cognitive and societal values ​​and reflected the components of those values ​​represented by respect for religions, rejection of sectarianism and respect for the opinions of others, and touching the Iraqi reality through the Iraqi language, heritage and history of Iraq, in addition to Iraqi societal morals and customs are reinforced by all these results with statistical tables, percentages, cumulative percentages, and frequencies, in addition to calculating the arithmetic means and standard deviation for each answer to the questions of the questionnaire.
