Corruption is called the state of imbalance and loss of balance that afflict material and moral things. Corruption is the opposite of righteousness, which is the departure of something from moderation and integrity. witchcraft, murder, tyranny, bloodshed, intimidation, destabilization of the country and people, and assault on public money, and the authors of interpretation defined it with various meanings in terms of the Qur’anic verses about the meaning of corruption.
The aspects of corruption in terms of internal and external, the consequences of corruption and the impact of corruption on the individual and society and through the multiplicity of aspects of corruption and its different trends, as well as the different values and cultures between human societies, and the angles through which it is viewed, according to the images of the Holy Qur’an that corruption has multiple types. In the Holy Qur’an, such as political, social, moral, cultural, religious and financial corruption, and God has made many ways to prevent it as God Almighty explained in His noble verses, such as religious and cultural awareness, social justice between individuals, oversight and severe punishment.
