The research aims to study the establishment of the radiant state in the middle of the fifteenth century AD which is the oldest Arab emirate, The factors that helped the Ahwazi people to build their new state within the control of many great powers, and the methods used by that emirate. In order to achieveSovereign independence on its territory and as the Safavid and Ottoman governments try to control their small state. The research dealt with the beginning of how to establish the radiant states in southern Iraq By Muhammad ibn Falah al-Mashashi, as well as the history of the establishment of the Safavid state in Ardabil by Shah Ismail, and the establishment of the Ottoman Empire, which Orkhan Ghazi transformed from an Ottoman principality into a solid state with institutions In the second chapter of the research, the reasons and factors for the success of the establishment of the Mashasha state after the fall of the Jalairi rule were discussed. It was one of the most important factors that helped Muhammad bin Falah to establish his state and that paved the way for the realization of his call, which was to paint that call with a fundamentally religious character. The research dealt with the relations of the Mashasha state with its neighboring countries (Safavid, Ottoman, Afshah and Zand). In the third chapter, the research dealt with the role of the Arab tribes that were under the influence of the Al-Musha’asha’a emirate in the political relations in the Iraqi arena, in addition to the important factors that played a major role in the success of the public policy of the Al-Musha’sha’a state at the political and other levels.
