This research came to reveal the secrets of the poetic image in the product of the poet Abbas Al-Ajeeli, who was distinguished by his sober style and realism in the  proposition.This is what instilled in the researcher himself to study it, as he is a modernist poet who preserves the sobriety of ancient Arabic poetry, and this is what the study revealed. The study reveals the references of the image and its sources that the poet drew and delves into these references that revealed to us the nature of these images and their effect on  boththe poet and the recipient.
