The scholars of origins – both Shiites and Sunnis – relied on the Qur’anic evidence and then inferred them to derive the legal ruling throughout the history of the science of jurisprudence. It is worth noting that none of the scholars of origins wrote an independent book on the “Verses of the Fundamentals.” Rather, they mentioned these evidences and their Qur’anic rooting in the manuscripts of their books and works, by singling out a chapter or chapter on these verses, such as Allama al-Majlisi, and Sayyid al-Boroujerdi in Modern Studies Sheikh Al-Irwani . Therefore, the importance of the subject of the thesis becomes clear through monitoring and tracing the evidence of the great Qur’an in the fundamentalist investigations, including what the martyr Sayyid Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr wrote in his wonderful fundamentalist blogs. He occupied scientists and researchers with his distinguished production, both in his time and successive eras. The thesis was based on the extrapolation of these evidences in the investigations of assets, by taking the book “Lessons in the Science of Origins” as a model, through the method of characterization and analysis after presenting the evidence and knowing the Qur’anic employment of fundamentalist research, and following the applied aspect. The research reached a number of results, including: the lack of Qur’anic references in contemporary fundamentalist books in comparison with the ancient fundamentalist synthesizers, and the vocabularies, including the topic of commands, prohibitions and divorce in the book of lessons witness the Qur’anic references, and the subject of the news of one of the arguments, Emirates, innocence and precaution, which are considered among the most important. Practical principles were cited in the Qur’anic verses . Martyr al-Sadr relies in the inference and discussion of these verses on the clarification of the linguistic meanings, the rational rules and the narrations to get the correct meaning and to respond to the statement that he does not like. And His Eminence was creative by saying, in addition, that all rights are available in all cases. However, he does not adhere to the legal innocence of the existence of verses and narrations. His Eminence does not accept the precautionary significance of the verses.
