HISTORICAL SUNNAHS IN THE HOLY QURAN ( EXPL ANATION OF THE SCALE AS EXAMPLE)

The historical norms in the Holy Qur’an and on the basis of the interpretation of the balance are general, consistent and steady laws over time that require the occurrence of multiple historical phenomena with multiple themes that are repeated when their obligations are repeated.  Transformation and inevitability when the reasons are available.  It is governed by special controls such as the link to its source, the availability of its reasons, its generality, and its connection to the action of God Almighty.  Finally, we discussed in it the role of man in preserving and continuity of some positive Sunnahs, and changing some negative Sunnahs with their dire and dangerous effects on the life of human society, such as the Sunnah of doom, calamity, temptation, and the like.
