Among the facts of history is the presence of Aqeel during the life of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in his wars and conquests, in which he participated after converting to Islam. Also, he was present as an active element in the Islamic society after the death of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Then, when the Islamic State and the Caliphate needed his knowledge in genealogy, he did not spare any efforts to participate in the registration of the names of important tribes, clans and families in the Islamic Courts. Especially since this was the first experience and basis for the caliphate relied on it at that time. In general, when the Islamic Ummah passed the stage of disobedience and rebellion against its imam under the leadership of Tolaqa, Aqeel played his role in stating the falsity and invalidity of their claims. That too in the way in which he was famous, that is, with strong arguments and stunning the opponents with the truth and decisive proof.
