Comparing Rights and Freedoms in the Government of Imam Ali (pbuh)، the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948، and the Iraqi Constitution for 2005 were cited as a model of man-made human rights legislation to preserve their rights. Has laid down. This scholar emphasizes the former government of Imam Ali (as) in recognizing and supporting rights and freedoms، honoring the children of Adam and observing their humanity، considering human beings as masters of the world and God’s successors in their land.

The 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights، despite the importance of its provisions and regulations، was a very different approach from the West and the nations that most claim to democracy and human rights، and for many years it was the only substance on paper. ! These are the demands of Western countries without being implemented at their own level … But the Iraqi constitution in 2005، despite the inclusion of many articles on political، economic and cultural rights، most of these rights are incomplete and vague، and some Materials need to be legislated to regulate them، as many of these materials have remained unused to date.

Whereas، we find the rights and freedoms approved by the government of Imam Ali (pbuh) in theory and practice، and Imam Ali (pbuh) communicated the words with action and the best example for the application of those texts and rulings based on Islamic law was about human rights، freedom، dignity and humanity.
