Diplomatic immunity is an important reason for strengthening relations between governments, so it has become a temporary task, and this is what is required to know the meaning, source and definition of diplomacy in jurisprudence and law, especially later. In particular, in the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and other matters, it was stated that diplomacy had sought an agreement. This is what the holder of diplomatic support enjoys in visits and missions, and this is a fact that no one knows, because God created human beings in this world.
The main question in our study is: (Diplomatic immunity under a security agreement, given that immunity is granted to perform a task or duty outside a person, what is the basis for establishing diplomatic immunity?) This leads us to other tool questions. (The relationship between diplomatic immunity and sovereignty in the countries to which they belong? What is vaccination) and (Is this a violation of the freedom of vaccination outside the borders of other states or states)? by people?)
How positive is the law in declaring diplomatic immunity, what is international law and its provisions sufficient to guarantee freedom of immunity, is immunity granted to persons with special duties, does immunity include immunity of belief and belief in customs and traditions? Do not allow public morals to appear.
The hypothesis of the study: Diplomatic immunity is a contract that guarantees freedom of opinion and action in expressing the representation for which immunity was granted, and if it is not violated in any way, there are other tools and mechanisms. Through it, a person can be judged according to the law, and this is what is supposed to protect international law, that is, it preserves public customs, Islamic law, chastity and dignity in the most difficult circumstances of life.
Methods: Since the concept of diplomatic immunity has broad dimensions in practice, we conclude our study with an analytical and descriptive approach to the concepts, previous studies, rules and regulations of diplomatic immunity, review them and provide an appropriate summary. . To find the correct answer to the questions asked
